Kiddie Parade entries put on “The Ritz”

The 2023 Banana Festival Kiddie Parade began on Walnut Street in Fulton this year, on Wednesday night, Sept. 13 of the schedule, making its way onto Lake Street, and passing the downtown bandstand.

Anna Morgan chaired the Kiddie Parade, which carried a theme of “Puddin’ On The Ritz”.

Winners in the Wagon division were first, Brittany Pirtle and Zakk Pirtle, and second, Mary Caldwell.

In the Power Wheels division, Gabrielle Hamm and Cohen Hamm won first place, and Lexie Kirby, Kinley Kirby and Braxton Kirby, second.

Mallory Barnett and Tre Barnett won first in the Bicycles division, Sienna Malcolm and Blake Malcome, second, and Madilynn Whitman and Sandy Moore tied, as well, for second place.

In the Walker category, Whitney Rogers was first; and Justin Hutchinson and Ayvon Hutchison, second.

Group Walker division winner was Anna Powell and “The Cousin Crew”.

Micah King, Wyatt King and Rylan Graves won first for their “Banana Bootleggers” in the Mini-Float division and Jackie Potter and Jewell Potter, won second.
